The GoPod system is designed to maximize throughput by minimizing user waiting. The user makes a rental selection by Pod size and duration, selects cash or credit and makes the payment. The PayPod then assigns the locker, the user enters their 4-digit code and the receipt is printed.
The user proceeds to their personal Pod and never has to return to the PayPod kiosk again during the rental period. They can use to their personal Pod as many times as they need to without standing in line. This “individual Pod” system maximizes throughput, resulting in satisfied customers and increased profits.
